Wholly Foreign Owned Chinese Corporation (WFOE) where all business investment in China stays within the full control of the foreign owners.

Although a Representative Office is a relatively inexpensive way of having a presence in China, it severely restricts the type of activities you can undertake and is not recommended as a solution by us.
